We believe that John Mary Vianney-Galilee Development and Retreat Center for Priests is God’s project for his church. We humbly participate in God’s plan expressed in our devotion to the Eucharist and growing friendship with Christ.
Our love for the church finds meaning in our love for the priests we minister to. We trust that they have been called by God and continue to be dear to him, though in difficult circumstance.
With deep respect, we prioritize their formation and special needs, adequately addressing the attention and privacy they require.
We give importance to sustaining a welcoming atmosphere, caring compassion, empathy, trust, fraternal correction, and openness with appropriate boundaries.
We value a contemplative approach to prayer and discernment based on the Word of God as modeled by Mary, mother of priests and St. John Mary Vianney, patron of priests.
We promote self-care, work as a team and appreciate each other’s gifts. We likewise give importance to updating and professionalizing. We maintain a teachable spirit and a joyful and appreciative attitude.
